Fresh Out of The Oven - Nadia Love

Nadia's mom and I go way back, basically to the day she was born. Our dad's have been BFF's since grade school and we were lucky enough to share our childhoods pretty much arm in arm. 

Back in July, my life long friend had a beautiful baby girl. 

I had promised to hold off until announcements were out as to not spoil the surprise. 

Well, hopefully your mail isn't slow but my announcement arrived Friday

....so here we go.

Getting Dad involved. Adorable side story....Nadia's parents have been a couple since 8th grade!! 

Fun with sheets and sticks. This was not easy and required lots of maneuvering and extra padding below but they came out great and were well worth the work.

Hat is a bit big ...but I think it makes it even cuter. 

Congrats on your beautiful baby girl! Love you guys!

Lil' Cupcake - Mila is Two (and TuTu Cute!)

I am a lucky aunt to two beautiful little girls. Hail is seven and Mila just turned two. Mi and I actually share a birthday week and Mila, her mom (my sister in law Kel) and Mila's Lola (my mom) came down for a visit for my birthday. 

I am also lucky to work with the girls at Oh So Pretty Props so we combined their adorable tutus and hats and our adorable almost two year old for a birthday girl photo shoot. She loved it. :)

I designed her this shirt (simple iron on) for her upcoming party on the OCNJ boardwalk.

Lil' Cupcake - Liam

I had the pleasure of photographing Mr. Liam and his parents this past July on a pretty muggy day. But they were troopers amidst bugs, wet grass and humidity.

Liam's blue eyes are even cooler because his left eye has the tiniest spot of brown. See it?

Fresh Out of The Oven - Aden

Hopefully you remember Aden's beautiful parent's 

Nesikah and Barrett from their Cupcake In The Oven  Session. 

As I told you Aden decided to come a bit early and when I was on vacation, but the second I was home I raced down to make sure I got him while he was still sleepy and snuggly. 

And after a few meals and some cuddling he was...

This cool vintage baby scale was found by my wonderful sister in law at a flea market! 

My talented dad then made a top piece out of plexi glass to hold the lil' ones on top. Nesikah and Barretts's BEAUTIFUL dark hard wood floors (and sweet little boy) were the perfect way to show off my new prop.

Lil' Cupcakes - Brooke and Bri

I met Ashley of Up Do's For I Do's back when I worked with a local wedding magazine. 

(if you need onsite hair & makeup for your wedding or event she is the one to call)

She is truly a beautiful person...as much inside as out. So I was sooo excited when she asked me to photograph her and her "two under two", Brooke and Brianna. 

We discussed the look and feel she was going for (organic and natural) and settled on 

Loch Raven Reservoir as a location. 

What a perfect spot...what sweet girls.
